All Sky High athletes will receive an offer via the email we have on file through your tryout registration. Please be prepared to pay your down payment and set up your SportsEngine account with the club at time of acceptance. All payments and communication will be done through your SportsEngine account. 

Players will receive an online offer from Sky High Volleyball Club sometime in the morning on this day to the verified email address provided through the OCS system.

Acceptance (Signing) Day will be  July 8th

• Official offers and acceptance will be emailed out in the early morning of July 8th.

ACCEPTANCE DAY:
I have been offered a spot on a Sky High team, what do I do next?

• Communicate Quickly and Clearly to Sky High Administration that you accept the offer.  
• Verify you are receiving emails from the OCS server | https://ntr.vstarvolleyball.com/ocs/check_email.php
• If you did NOT play in North Texas region of USA Volleyball last year, then you will need to add your daughter to the OCS database | https://ntr.vstarvolleyball.com/ocs/add_player.php
• If you played on a NTR club team last year, then your name is already in the database… you do NOT want to create a duplicate record of your daughter
• Sky High Administration will let you know if your daughter is not in the OCS prior to Acceptance day.

ON ACCEPTANCE DAY: July 8th

• Between 1am & 8am, you will receive an Offer from the OCS from “No Reply” (offers@ntr.vstarvolleyball.com)
• The title of the email will be similar to “Offer from NTR Club”
• Click the Link in the email
• Accept the Offer
• Sign the Sky High Player Agreement (link to agreement will be in offer email). You can sign the agreement from a phone or computer (no printing needed).

Mandatory Parent Meeting and UNIFORM TRY-ON and CELEBRATION:

All teams to attend. Join us to celebrate being a part of the Sky High family this 2025-2026 Season! We will be doing uniform try on, discussing schedules, and have team bonding events for all the players. Date/time to be determined.

The official tryout period for the North Texas Region (NTR) begins May 19th for ALL AGE GROUPS. According to the North Texas Region tryout policy, no player may receive an offer before the evaluation period begins. Verbal agreements can be made to players after their evaluation period begins but are non-binding. Only offers accepted on official acceptance days (July 8) through the Online Commitment System (OCS) are official and binding. You must attend a tryout or pre tryout in order to receive an offer from Sky High. Cost per session is $25 per athlete.

Evaluation period for all age groups:

Acceptance date: July 8

Players will be evaluated during evaluation clinics, instead of having one "try-out day." Players can receive a verbal offer during any of Sky High's evaluation sessions but cannot accept an official offer through OCS until the acceptance day on July 8th.

Each player will be evaluated on the same criteria during our sessions. Attitude, hustle, level of play and position will all be taken into consideration during our evaluation process. Attendance at one evaluation session is required to make a Sky High team.
